Mr. Nairoun Musa is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of All Departments. He holds a Diploma in Counselling and Psychology and a Certificate in Counselling Psychology from the Turkana Institute of Health and Psychological Studies, as well as a Diploma in Theology from the Timothy Initiative. With strong expertise in leadership, psychosocial support, and community development, he provides strategic direction and ensures the organization fulfills its mission effectively.

His work includes:

Chief Executive Officer (D.CEO)

Laucha Muluk Ruya is the Founder and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (D.CEO) with a strong academic and professional background in agriculture and organizational leadership. He holds a Certificate in General Agriculture and a Diploma in Animal Sciences and Farm Management from Uganda Martyrs University. With hands-on experience in farm management and community-focused development, Laucha plays a key role in strategic leadership, institutional governance, and strengthening partnerships that support sustainable agriculture and community empowerment.

GENERAL SECTARY & HEAD OF MARKETING

Lena Ibrahim Kuku is a dedicated social development professional with an Honor Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Global Studies, with a minor in Human Rights. She also holds a CITI Certification, strengthening her expertise in ethical research and community-based work. Lena serves as the General Secretary and Head of Marketing & Communication, where she plays a key role in organizational leadership, public engagement, and strategic outreach. With a strong passion for social justice, fundraising, and advocacy, she is committed to advancing community-centered initiatives and building meaningful partnerships that drive sustainable impact.

HEAD OF FINANCE

Mr. Jonah Amecca is a finance professional with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Kenyatta University. He brings strong expertise in financial management, accountability, and organizational governance. As the Head of Finance, Finance and Accounting, and Head of Volunteer Management, he plays a key role in ensuring sound financial systems while supporting and coordinating volunteers to strengthen program delivery and institutional effectiveness.

Assigned Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing financial management, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Managing accounting systems, records, and financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies, audits, and donor requirements
  • Monitoring expenditures and promoting financial transparency
  • Leading and coordinating volunteer recruitment and placement

Mr. Kuku Abubi Ali is a trained agriculture professional with a Diploma in General Agriculture from Cambridge Universal College. He also holds certificates in Life Skills, Peace Education Programs, and Studies in Gender-Based Violence (GBV). With a strong background in sustainable agriculture and community-focused development, he serves as the Head of Agriculture, where he integrates agricultural programming with life skills and peace-building initiatives to support resilient and self-reliant communities.

He serves as the Head of ICT, IT, and Technology, where he leads the planning, implementation, and management of technology systems to support organizational operations. With a strong technical background and practical experience, he ensures efficient, secure, and innovative use of ICT solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery.
